Open the Customer Sales window.

Shows a summary of customer ledger entries. The Customer Sales window is accessible from the customer card.

You select the time interval in the View by field. The Period column on the left contains a series of dates that are determined by the time interval you have selected.

When you scroll up and down, the program calculates the amounts (in LCY) according to the selected time interval.

The columns in the window display the following:

Balance Due (LCY)

The amount (in LCY) that is due for payment in the period shown in the left column.

Sales (LCY)

The sales amount (in LCY) in the period shown in the left column.

Profit (LCY)

The profit (sales price - cost in LCY) in the period shown in the left column.

Closing dates are not included in the periods that are shown in the left column.

The program has calculated all amounts from posted customer ledger entries (that is, entries that have been posted from the general journal or sales invoices).

Important
If you have set the time interval to Day and you need to scroll far ahead or backwards, you can do it faster by shifting to a larger interval such as Quarter. When you have found the desired period, you can shift back to smaller intervals to see the data in greater detail.
